Good news, e-mail so far today seems to be working after 8am (that's what my wife tells me anyway).
It appears they may have managed to effect a change on their network or P2P policy last night that may be resolving these issues. Whether this will affect everyone or just me - I don't know yet.
It's only took them 8/9 days, but I'm not too optimistic at this stage that this is actually a solution, I'll need to test the other services tonight.
Queried this via e-mail with their Customer Support e-mail, reply was "Its possible the restrictions have been lifted, please monitor for a few days."
